Why Doesn’t Marrow Work on a Laptop?
The Marrow App is not available on laptops and due to security and piracy concerns.
It is only available on mobile and tablet devices as these provide a more secure environment compared to laptops.
This is because mobile operating systems, such as iOS and Android, have built-in security features such as sandboxing and app permissions.
Sandboxing ensures that each app runs in its own secure environment, preventing malicious apps from accessing other parts of the system.
App permissions give users control over what data an app can access, and these permissions can be revoked at any time.
On the other hand, laptops are typically more open and flexible, which can make them more vulnerable to security breaches.
Laptops run on more general-purpose operating systems like Windows and macOS, which are designed to support a wider range of applications and use cases.
This makes it easier for malicious software to gain access to the system and potentially compromise sensitive data.
