What is UPSC CMS?
The Combined Medical Services (CMS) examination is a competitive examination in India conducted annually by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) to recruit medical graduates as Medical Officers for various government services.
Eligibility
Age: Must not have attained the age of 32 years with relaxations for various categories like SC, ST & OBC.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed the written and practical parts of the final MBBS Examination.
Examination Structure
The CMS exam consists of two parts:
- Written Examination
- Personality Test
Written Examination: This includes two papers, each of 250 marks.
